What happened to the Jeremiah collection?

I have been waiting for my Jeremiah collection to arrive. It didn't get postponed in the list of prepublication items and I have a notice in my logos accounts that it ships July 29 (two days ago), but I have not received anything. Has anybody else had the same experience? Did I miss a notice?

This is the correct one, George. I have ordered this too on prepub, and have not received it. I have seen times in the past where over a weekend or evening we seem to be "in process"; the order shows up in the past but we do not have the resource. I suspect that the completion of the order is waiting for some manual intervention/approval that has not happened, and as soon as it does the orders go out.

I would give it today, I bet you will see the confirmation and download today. If not call tomorrow, but you are not alone on this one.
