Has any an idea when this set is to be ready for download? I was under the impression it was to be ready in July but has anyone got a more accurate date?
(Perchance anyone does not see this question, please advise me immediately)
Looking at Clarence Larkin Collection (6 vols.) noticed estimated ship date change to Monday 1 August.
Keep Smiling [:)]
Well, that's what I thought - but wasn't totally sure. Let's wait and see what happens when Monday comes. Keep grinning!!! :-}

Do you feel you have been waiting a whole dispensation for it? [6]
Yea verily, Super Tramp! Expecting Clarence to be galloping in within the month of July sometime, and now having to wait a whole four more days ----- might as well be a million years.
And then what is embarrassing, is finding out how I overlooked the date when Mr Larkin was to be dispensed to the masses on Logos. My!!! Talk about feeling like a lame duck, and not the metaphorical one either, but the real duck that is quite lame, you know, the real stunned one that waddles over and steps on a landmine or something!!?! :-\
Actually, the date has been a bit of a moving target. I don't think Larkin ever set any definitive dates, but Logos is proving a bit more Russel-ish in the accuracy of their dates.
When I first noted the publishing date for Larkin, it was 7/21. It then became 7/29. Now it is listed as ~8/1. I assume that the ~ means that 8/1 could change if someone doesn't work over the weekend.
The good thing is that the dates are changing by a smaller amount with each revision, which should mean the time is at hand...
When I first noted the publishing date for Larkin, it was 7/21
7/21 was the spiritual publishing date. [;)]
7/21 was the spiritual publishing date.
[:D]
That could be true, but personally, I will not be satisfied until I receive the physical (or in this case, electronic) manifestation...
We'll all hope Clarence makes his manifestation on the 1st of August & hopefully in 2011. Hopefully, it won't be one of those spiritual manifestations but a real electrifying one. We probably won't be shocked though if someone gets the wires crossed and the date is pushed up again.
Excuse me while I go and put the Recliner to use ...................
It was originally end of June, if I am not much mistaken, then did a big jump to 7.21, etc etc. But at least they let us know ahead of time, which is less frustrating than when I'm waiting on tenterhooks till after the shipping date...
As of nearly 6PM Eastern US time zone the Larkin collection has made neither a physical nor spiritual manifestation here. Checking my order page at logos.com show that it still has a release date of today (1 Aug 11), and speaking with customer service at Logos: they didn't have any idea why it hadn't been released, but speculated that since their database shows it still, "under development"... it might take awhile )
It showed up here in Oklahoma within the last few hours. Not sure when, as I was napping. [|-)]
Pony Express should have it to the East coast by sundown. ~~that is about right now, if my calculations are correct. [mo]
I have had it for a few hours on the East Coast.
Mark, you were correct in that it would take a while for Clarence to come through the Stargate. I'm downloading it now. I know I'll sleep better tonight.
The subject metadata for Larkin's - Dispensational Truth or “God’s Plan and Purpose in the Ages” says Covenant Theology (both the monograph and the media collection)
Shouldn't this be Dispensational Theology?
Downloaded a couple of hours ago...
Got it on the east coast. The default view of the charts makes them far too small to be readable. How do you resize the images?
There are a couple of buttons near the resource tab having to do with resizing the charts (I'm away from my computer & software now).
Otto, I'm looking at Larkins, "Book of Revelation", open to the Messages to the Seven Churches chart. I don't see buttons for manipulating charts anywhere.
I can, however select a chart by right clicking on it, Copy it, and paste it into any application that handles image files (Powerpoint, MS Paint, Photoshop, etc), and blow it up large enough to read.
Are you using Mac or Windows? I haven't the resources for Windows yet - maybe there's a difference. Besides using the buttons in Mac, the charts can also be manually re-sized by moving two fingers up and down on the mouse pad...
Larkin has at last stopped larkin' about and has arrived in Albania. Am looking forward to finding out what he says about the spirit world, here where the influence of evil spirits is so noticeable.
As he's made his appearance on my day off, I have more time at my disposal to do just that, or even to go into town and download him onto my iPadn for comfortable reading!
Otto, Give it a try on the Windows version (which is what I'm using). Again, I can resize in the "charts" book, but not embedded charts such as the those in the revelation book.
