Deleting Resource for Offline Reading:

I recently got an ipad (nice!) and immediately downloaded the Logos app. I've signed in under my account and added some resources to it for offline reading.

However, I added a resource for offline reading I didn't intend to add. I went to delete it, and under the "offline reading - on" part of the app, it wouldn't let me un-select "on". I couldn't find a way to turn that resource off for offline reading. Is there an option somewhere else in the app that may allow me to do so?

Not sure exactly what sequence you were using - try this.

Open the resource you want to "undownload", click on the small "i" icon in the top right. This should provide you some information about the resource and a slider to show whether it is available offline or not.

If you move this to Off, the resource should be removed from your iPad.

Apologies if this is what you were already trying to do!
