Display pictures at higher resolution
Most pictures or images that are in my Logos books are too small for adequate viewing or reference.
There should be a feature where you can click on a photo and open up a separate box of the photo at higher resolution.
I know that would require major reworking of alot of books, but the way it is now, pictures are often useless.

Most of us agree with you. It is my understanding that the root of the problem is in the resolution and/or size of the image when it is given to Logos by the publisher.

I agree with you and MJ, however, another consideration is the file size that would be generated by higher res pics. I hope that as technology continues to develop (i.e. download speeds; hard drive space; computer specs, etc.), that Logos will be able to update these files for us.
By the way, is there a specific resource you are concerned about?

I have the gold edition and it seems to be the case for almost all images.
But even the images in the books of images like "The Bible and it's Story" are not quite high enough resolution for usage.
I am a graphic artist so I probably have a lower tolerance than others, but I would like to be able to also copy and paste these images into powerpoints etc.
Of even just to blow up to look at details of say, Akkadian engravings etc.

Perhaps an answer to the problem of file size would be to continue the current images in the resources but make the image a link to a higher resolution image online. If you're not interested in a higher resolution image, do nothing. If you want a better view, click on the image to get one in higher resolution.

That would be a great implementation George.

Wow,
Now I have to agree with George. That's three of us in one day on one post who agree with George. Amazing.
However it can happen I would support Logos taking another look at some of what they've released. Some of it isn't just hard to use, it is impossible to use. This has been hashed over a lot, but in a modern computer-based program not to have truly excellent image quality (when it can be provided) is backwards. We are so out of the 80's.
It has already been pointed out that some competing programs have higher quality images than we have in Logos (the same image from the same publisher). Please, Logos, can you take another look at this?

Oh-oh, I must be wrong. I can't have three people agree with me! [;)]

Observation: recently released Clarence Larkin Collection (6 vols.) has high resolution:
Can click on chart for full size screen capture in 27" iMac (clicked on chart from Home Page today, then expanded width of panel).
Using reading view on 27" iMac (with 1,440 pixels vertically), can see chart at actual size:

Well, they do slice and dice it, but I wouldn't describe it as "rightly dividing."
