Whenever I try to open a group of files in "Opening All In Floating Window" the program crashes and shuts down. How can I correct this?
Kevin -
Can you be more specific? I assume when you say "files" you mean "resources" from your Library. Is this correct? What version of Logos are you using? Mac? PC? Can you tell us about your computer specs?
I forgot to add: how many resources are you trying to open at a time? Which specific resources are they?
I am using LOGO 4. I am trying to open my notes and clippings on my present Bible Study. There are 6 items.
Kevin, what a great name you have [;)]
What you need to do is Enable Diagnostic Logging, recreate the crash and before you relaunch Logos, Upload the logs to this this thread.
You may also want to Edit the thread's subject with the prefix CRASH:, It'll attract more attention that way to your logs and hopefully someone can recommend a course of action.
I hope I did this right....4064.AppCrash_logos4.exe_6f87f5311235a3639140691244e29d94d255b0_146736ae.zip
PK, these don't look like any Logos log files I've ever seen. Did you find them in a folder "Logos Log Files" in your My Documents folder?
I figured out what I was doing that caused it. I already had them open in a panel, and had overlooked it. Thanks for your help.
but for my future understanding....is this the file you are wanting?8053.Logos4.log
Yes, that's the file, also the logos4crash.txt if you have it.
Looking at the log was there an open tab for a deleted Clippings document there? I've never seen that error in a log before.
