Yes, go to the personal books tool, open the bood in edit mode, click the change ara for the cover image, add cover image, rebuild book, hit finished and you are done.

Transferred my small collection of sermons into L4. They are all identified as being part of "My Sermon Series." I am using the same graphic for each sermon (book). I had to add the graphic to each PBB document. Is there an easier way to associate this graphic to the entire series and have it automatically show up for all documents in this series? Alternatively, is there a way to copy this graphic from one existing PBB document into a new one?

You can't associate a graphic with one than one personal book.
Have you thought about producing a book of your sermon series and then adding multiple .docx files to that single book? That way you would only need to import the graphic once.
