Personal Book Images

The images in my Personal Book .docx files do not appear. How do I get them to appear like in Logos resources? As in my Logos 3 Personal Books, I need to display GIF, JPG, and PNG images. This is ectremely important, just as in Logos resources!

Which version of Word are you using, some folks have reported issues with Word 2003.

Try deleting it and then readding..

What "wrapping" setting do the images have in your document?

There are currently (ver 4.3) issues with images that don't have "in line with text" set (and maybe some other issues as well)

My original source file is an HTML file saved in Word 2007 with a file type of (Web Page, Filtered) as was required for authoring resources for Personal Book Builder (PBB) in Logos 3 before compiling. The HTML code regarding a typical image file is as follows:

In order to satisfy the compiler requirements for Logos 4 Personal Books, I saved the same source file as file type docx. The image appears properly in the docx file. The output of the Logos 4.3 Personal Book compiler has no image visible in the output resource which is generated. When I right-click the image in the docx file, and select "Text Wrapping", the "In Line with text" is highlighted. In reality, no text is in line with the image, as intended. There is a paragraph of text above the image and a paragraph of text below the image.

I sincerely hope someone can help me identify and resolve whatever the issue is.

Try inserting the image from your harddrive while in word.

I took your suggestion, deleting the image from the docx file, inserting the image again, saving the docx file, and then compiling the resource and viola! The image is in the resource. Your suggestion appears to have worked! Thanks.
