Only 50 titles displayed

I got the Gold Scholar 4, and installed the iphone App. I can only get about 50 titles to show up. It is logging into my account and it is not just the free titles because the NKJV and ESV is showing up. I don't think those are included in the free books so it must be taking those from my accounts.

When I scroll down to the bottom it says more books so I tap that and more titles come, but when I get to the bottom the second time the more titles link no longer appears.

I uninstalled the App and reinstalled but the same thing.

Any suggestions? Anyone else having this problem

Are you in the "Bookshelf" or "Library" tab?

Bookshelf just shows frequently used ones; if you search for a book in "Library" tab it'll get added to your Bookshelf.

It's possible it's a book we don't have permission to serve over the iPhone. You might try a few different common words and see if any hits at all can show up.

For example when I search "Matthew Henry", nothing. I own the spurgeon and ironside collections. When I search "spurgeon" all I get is morning and evening. When I search "ironside" nothing.

Any other suggestions. I am traveling for 8 days and leave tomorrow. It would be great to have my library on my iPhone for this trip.

    Thanks

We don't yet have permission from the publisher to deliver the resources from the collections you asked about. You should have many more than 50 resources though. I checked your account and it looks okay. "How to Study the Bible" is a non-free resource you should have.

    Richard,

Which books do you have?  If you're getting the following 50 titles then I suspect you do not have access to your library yet.  List of titles in the generic library:

Check your library!  Assuming they haven't changed anything in the past few days, if your library is an exact match with the above then it is fair to assume you don't have access to your library.  If your library is significantly different from the above, then chances are you do have access to your library, only that books with permission issues are not showing up.

So now the question is, which of the 300 resources I bought actually have permission to be displayed in the iPhone... and how can we keep up to date as more permissions from editors are given and more resources are allowed for the iPhone.

    :)
