Ipad dropped access to library and reading plans mid session
During reading a bible from my reading plan this afternoon the ipad failed to download my reading plans when i went back to access the next book in my reading plan list. the home page only shows the news section (Upgrade discount ends soon & Win a tablet) clicking the verse option top right of the screen attempts to download the "verse map" and reports an error for url ;//libapi.logos.com/v1/versema... there are no books showing in my library (no i don't have recent books selected or anything in the search field).
I have restarted the ipad with no success i have also reinstalled the ipad app with no change. I have updated my desktop PC app to the latest version of logos 4 which came out this afternoon. I can log in to my logos account via the web site www.logos.com so I dont see that it is an internet connect issue for the ipad as all my other apps are connecting fine.
I notice some posts last week reported similar issues with the library vanishing but i couldnt see any fixes. Has anyone else experienced this issue today or have any suggestions as to the potential problem? I Have atatched the log file if that is of any use to anyone. This is after reinstalling the logos app for ipad.

I have the same problem. When I start either the Logos or Vyrso app on my iPad, my library does not show up. If I turn off Wi-Fi in the iPad Settings and restart either app, books that I have downloaded for offline reading do show up and are available for reading, but, of course, no other books from my library show up because I am no longer connected via Wi-Fi. So it appears that something is wrong with the apps being able to connect to the server via Wi-Fi in order to access my library of resources.

All my library is gone.

I am seeing the same problem and assume there must be a problem with Logos servers.
- Books I have downloaded are available to me via "Recent Books"
- I don't see anything on the library page (not even books I have downloaded
- Books which are in my "Recent Books" listing but not downloaded to the iPad are still accessible so I must still have access to Logos "Resource Servers"
So it looks as though the servers who provide the library listing are not functioning properly - just a guess from my observations!
Hopefully this will get sorted shortly.

I am having the same problem. The only thing that shows up on the home page of Logos for my iPad is the advertisements. I had to resort to using my laptop to do my Bible Reading Plan today.

I am also having the same problem. Deleting and re-installing Logos on my iPad did not solve the problem.

Just a tip; switching to airplane mode will give you access to your downloaded resources. They really are still there!

Same problem with my iPad. And none of the kind suggestions work either, including airplane mode, nor was I able to post comment to this Forum via iPad. The plans and library appear to be downloading/updating but never appear and screen then reverts to the latest News.
