Library not on ipad 2
How do I load my Logos 4 library on to my ipad 2. I just purchased Logos 4 Scholars Library today.

You download the Logosapp from the appstore and sign in. Make sure you use the same user name and password as the account to which you purchased your Scholars library.

I downloaded the logos app from appstore and used the same username i used when i purchased it...

When you installed Logos4 on your computer and signed in with that user name and password did you get anything?
Go to biblia.com and sign in with that username and password and see if your library is accessible?

I went to biblia.com and none of my books other than the free ones showed up on biblia.com or my ipad...

If you do have your books appearing in your Logos program on your computer, my guess is that you have the wrong password. It is possible to have two different accounts.
You can look in Logos 4 to see what username you are licensed to:
This will tell you what email address to use.

I think i said it wrong... my library shows up in the program on my computer. Just not on my ipad...I have deleted the app and redownloaded it at least 5 times

I understood that. I'm asking you to make sure that you are using the same account for your program on your computer as you are trying to access it from on your ipad.
The problem on your ipad doesn't sound like it has anything to do with the app itself but with it knowing the licenses you have. The most common cause for that is confusion related to your account username and password.

I know it can be frustrating. If you have double and triple checked your email address in both places (on your computer and on the app), then you may have to call Logos in the morning. However, it is also possible that the server is currently down. There was difficulty with it last night.
Are you getting any books at all (meaning the free ones)? If not, try turning your iPad to airplane mode and then open the app. See if there are any books listed. Since you haven't had a chance to download any, it would only be the free ones that come with the app. If this works, it very well may be the servers at Logos.

I believe it is also possible to have two different accounts with the same email address but different passwords (not 100% sure about this but pretty sure I've seen that problem on here before).
