Suggestion- for bible reading mode...scripture pulling speed is key
First of all- Huge kudos and good work on the Android app. It's a realization of a needed app and complimentary marriage of a good mobile OS and great bible software.
I wanted to suggest that although we can type the verse in to go to, this is not really as advantageous as being able to tap on a verse needed. Many situations mandate a quick verse lookup...and no-one wants to be that person everyone waits on while they fat-finger a selection (or look like they're texting someone in the middle of SS class or bible study :-(
Here's my suggestion: in the same screen where you have the text entry for the verse, put in three vertical scroll bar buttons 1. book, 2. chapter, 3. verse. that when tapped, you select your choice. Choosing a different chapter changes verses available, and so on.
It might help in chapter scrolling for books or commentaries as well, however, I'm more interested in quick verse reference when just joining others in group bible reading mode. This vertical scroll bar navigation would help us Android users keep on verse target more efficiently, and we would spend more time reading the scripture in groups and less waste time in navigating.
Let me know what you think. Great job so far.

We already have a feature very similar to what you are asking for! You can find the Verse Picker by tapping on the screen to get the navigation frame, then clicking on the Verse Picker icon in the upper right.
From there you can select first the Book, Chapter and Verse that you desire.
Thanks,

Works well, too. And the analogue "scroll bar" is useful as a quick pick.

Wonderful! Thanks now I've found the Verse Picker...this is huge for not looking like a "chatter" during bible study. Thanks!
