how to remove PBB book

I am experimenting with PBB and created a test book. How do you delete PBB books and remove them from your library once created? Where are they stored and how do you find out the file name for the book so you can find it. Thanks for the help.

Right click on the book name in the Personal Book page and click on "Delete."
