4.3 Service Release 2 (v4.30.0.1572) will ship later this evening or tomorrow morning.
If you have automatic updates turned on, 4.3 SR-2 will be downloaded automatically the next time your system checks for updates after the update has shipped. To install it right away once it has shipped, enter the Update Now command.

After the update on Windows the Cited By Tool still fails to show when there are references to a pbb, if it is the only reference in the collection. If I run the same reference using search on the collection is shows the hit under My Books.
Still a bug in Windows version.

RE: PBs showing up in Passage Guide.
Perhaps this is a minor quibble, but I have prioritized my PB as the number one resource from my systematic theology collection. I ran a PG, which includes this collection, on II Tim 3:16 which is repeatedly referenced in my section on inspiration. The PG brings up my PB only after I click "more" until there are no more. It is the LAST resource that is listed in that section after all the "more"s have been clicked. How do I get it to show up first, if not by prioritization? It seems my personal book is being treated unfairly. [;)]

I see the support for Perseus materials in the Release Notes. Any clue on when those materials will be available?

Results are Ranked in the Collections section of PG. The Commentaries section is affected by Prioritisation, but If the PB is a Monograph then Prioritising will have no effect anywhere because it has no Indexes for lookup!
EDIT: However, PB's are treated separately because results appear in My Books section of Basic Search and not mixed with Library Results.
