"Customize" Button missing "Drag to change order" ability!

This may be a problem that Logos 4 Mac has always had but I've just run into it today. I created a new reading plan that I want in a certain place on the ribbon. On the PC version, you can click "Customize" and there are instructions to drag the item to the order you want. These instructions and this ability is absent on my Mac.
Is this supposed to be this way??

You are correct - actually its a long time since this was raised in the forum but it is an 'ongoing anomaly'.

Wiki Mac and PC User Interface Differences => Feature Parity includes this 'ongoing anomaly' plus many more along with link to Logos User Voice suggestion => Improve Logos 4 Mac Feature Parity with PC
Option: using Logos 4 PC, can customize Home Page, then sync to Logos servers, then sync to Logos 4 Mac.
