Non-recognizable Bible reference hyperlinks

I'm really loving and appreciating the new PB. But about 5% of my "non-recognizable hyperlinks" are not recognized in the Logos document. They just show up in the Logos document as they appear in the docx file. I can't seem to get a grip on those links. I'm wondering if that is the norm? I am using Windows XP. Thanks in advance for any help. Also I must say I really appreciate these forums. I've learned a lot.

The work has to be done with the label (or visible text) as that becomes the hyperlink. So:

…God is a consuming fire” ([[vers. 28, >> Heb12:28]] [[ 29 >> Heb12:29]]). ==> …God is a consuming fire” (vers. 28, 29).

the verse separation is affected by the label as the space between tags is ignored.
