Logos use of Real SD card on Honeycomb (and Ice Cream Sandwich)
It appears that Logos will install with a "SD Card" lately, and that with 2.x versions of Android much of the memory load of the Logos program is or can be put on the SD card.
With 3.x devices they all have an internal "sdcard" as a folder in main memory, and can also mount an external SD Card called "extsd". The Logos program and all the files go on the "sdcard" so the are actually in the main memory of the tablet.
I have not found any way to move the Logos program or the resources to the real SD Card.
Is there a way to do this that I have missed? (Move2sd type programs DO NOT work on 3.x devices)
Does Logos have a plan to allow the resource files at least, be located on the "real" SD card?
Thanks so much!

OK i have done a bit more homework.
It appears that Google has set the real SD card to have only read and delete access on Android 3.2! It is only through an attached Mac or PC, or if you remove the SD card and put into your computer, that you can write to the card.
So its over to Google for this issue. Not a popular choice for many but they may have there reasons. So with the current situation it would not be possible for Logos to use the "real" SD card until they change this.

I have Samsung Galaxy I896 using Android 2.2 which seems to have similar issues in not allowing write access to the "external" SD card.
Nevertheless, having a Logos Library on this 32GB "external" card would be a major advantage and save much needed space for other applications, data, photos etc on the main (internal) SD card. What would be needed to make this work would be:
- Logos Android to look for and if available use a downloaded library on attached storage card/device
- The ability to manually download Andriod versions of Logos books to your PC (from your "My Account" page), so that you can manually transfer them to that second card and then return it to the Android device

I managed to move a downloaded resource from my Sony Tablet S (Android 3.2) onto the external SD card using File Transfer (a Sony app). The file moved okay, but Logos was unable to 'see' this 'offline resource'. It would be helpful if Logos could at least look for resources on the external SD card - perhaps it needs to specify the full path name on the external SD card so that I know where to move it to.
