Cant get NIV on iPAD???

Aloha,

I have in my desk top libarary the NIV version of the Bible. Why can't I see it on my iPad? I would really like it on it and the ability to read it off line. Please help. Thanks.

    Welcome to the forums. I'm sorry but NIV is not available on iPad yet. Though I can't be sure, I suspect there have been licensing difficulties with the publisher. Some publishers don't like the idea of allowing multiple copies of a resource, like NIV, to be covered by one licence. I know that Logos is hard at work trying to enable a fair number of resources for iPad/iPhone as well as desktop.

    Personally, I've taken to using the ESV or NLT on my iPad.

      I'm afraid Alan is correct on this.  This link takes you to Logos' UserVoice page where user requests can be made for Logos to decide to implement.  As you can see there on page two, third from the top, your request has been made, and just under is Logos' official status on the request.  I wish there was more we as users could do!
