NIV and NIrV are not in android library?

Although Logos 4 Scholar's Silver has NIV in it when I use my laptop,  The Android Library does not have those resources.  Is there a reason?

If you look at the product page you will see it is not available on (Works on)  mobile phones unlike the ESV. The Publisher (not Logos) is responsible for this situation.
