This one is not even available on Kindle - there's a rip off study guide to the book that is more expensive than the book itself.

You didn't mention SBL handbook of style. Given Logos' excellent relationship with SBL, this one should be a priority, shouldn't it?

Time to bump this thread along a little.
SBL has just announced the release of the second edition of their Handbook. A discussion of the digital version (a link at the bottom) indicates that it will be “a number of years” before it's available electronically (I presume as a PDF for members).
So Logos could actually enjoy a captive audience panting for such an electronic version...
