I don't know if anyone noticed, but the updated Greek-English Lexicon (yesterday?) now has links to many classical authors:
Herodotus, Thucydides, Sophocles and many more.
Just thought someone would be as excited about this as I am.
Good eagle eyes!!
This is interesting. I've been using the new online LSJ, which is linked to the abridged TLG corpus or, if you're logged on the TLG through your library or personal subscription, the full TLG corpus.
There are still drawbacks to the online one compared to LSJ as a Logos resource.
Thanks for the update. If they get LSJ fully linked to the Perseus text, I might buy the Logos version.
The linking they've done is pretty intense...in fact, Logos has added 190,000 LSJ links to Perseus.
Incredible! *smile* Awesome!
And download day is just six days away.............. Wonder if Logos' servers will be overtaxed?
Peace to all! ........and ............. Joy!
Love the new avatar, Stephen!
Every blessing
