Missing Page Numbers

I purchased Finding Our Way Again: The Return of the Ancient Practices by Brian D. McLaren and noticed that it is missing pages numbers on the iPad version. Will these be added, all of my other Logos books have page numbers and this is very important for quoting. Thanks!

1) Vyrso books are essentially straight from the publisher. What they add is what you get. You should not expect anything to be added later.

2) Not all Logos books have page numbers.

3) There are other ways to cite a passage, i.e. "copy location as" feature. Check with your style guide and professor for formatting.
