Hi Doug:
You can display the navigation area by tapping in the text (where there's not a link). In the test box that display, you can type the page number (or a BCV reference) and press enter.
In the same navigation area, tap the set of horizontal lines next to the text box and you can look at a Bible chapter grid ("Verse") or the Table of Contents ("Contents").
Maybe you knew this and your request was for a more direct navigation.

Speaking of Navigation, I I have a recommendation. I would recommend an Exit button, so we don't have to tap Back umpteen times to exit the program.
I love what Logos has done so far and am looking forward to the official finished product!

Hi Jose,
Android is different than a typical computer where you close programs when you are finished. When you are done with Logos, simply hit the home button to return to the main screen. Android will intelligently close programs in the background as needed.

- Windows 7 Home Premium x64
- Intel Core2 Duo P7450 @ 2.13GHz

Sorry; I did not mean closing running books, but actually exiting Logos. That is one thing I have not liked about Android. Several Android programs have a menu item named "Exit" for exiting the program. That I would like.

Actually, having these apps ready is a "feature" of Android, not a liability....there is no harm leaving apps in the background.

I think that will lose the Android paradigm of intelligently closing programs in the background. I don't need any extra "visible" buttons to waste screen space nor an extra menu item.
