I'd like the ability to change the read aloud speed. Thanks for the consideration.
Edit: I'm on a Macbook (Leopard). Changing program settings for speech speed didn't change the Logos speed.
This is a function of the Operating system since it is controlled by the OS.
Go to your control panel and look for speech settings and adjust the speed there.

I'm not sure if the steps for Leopard are the same but....

Apologies: Logos 4 Mac does not use system preferences Read Aloud speed. Wiki Mac and PC User Interface Differences => Feature Parity includes: "PC Read Aloud uses Text to Speech system speed preferences, but Mac always uses same speed"
Option: Logos User Voice suggestion => Improve Logos 4 Mac Feature Parity with PC and => Read Aloud Speed
Logos User Voice suggestion => Improve reading aloud has status "planned" with comment: "We plan to fix this (and other defects) in Read Aloud in a future version."
