A search on Logos.com for "TPR Story Telling" yields no results. A google search does not reveal a "resource" named "TPR Story Telling" but rather a philosophy of teaching. Care to elaborate on what you are looking for?
Also, (for future reference), it would be helpful to add the resource that you are looking for in the body of the post, not just in the title.
Yes, TPR is what is used to spread the gospel to oral cultures.
