Downloading Resources Problem
Since the update where we had to redownload our libraries I have clicked the download button on several resources and they have not downloaded yet, some have said installing for over a week now. One example is Spurgeon's Our Own Hymn Book. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks.

Original 0.9.0 or the "fixed" version?

I also have this problem on my Eee Pad Transformer. I have 12 books that are permanently suspended in installation mode but never quite get there. Nothing seems to be able to be done about it either as there is no cancel option once installation has begun.

I have not been able to reproduce this issue.
You may want to try deleting your cache and restarting the app.
If that doesn't improve the situation, it would be helpful if you could post logs from your device on this thread.
To do so, navigate to the Android Market and download an app (it's free!) called CatLog.
Once CatLog is installed, run Logos and reproduce that error. Close Logos and then open CatLog, press the Menu button on your device and then select Send. Email that log as an attachment to yourself and then attach that file to this thread.

How do I delete my cache?

Michael I have had this problem and continue to have it. Not only can I not download and install resources in my library. I can't even open a book using wifi because then it says I don't have a license to view it. I sign in and it updates with my current library THEN tells me I can't view anything because I don't have a license. Makes no sense to me.
For 2 weeks, I have installed the software from Logos and from the Andoid market, and I'm currently not sure what version it is on. I've given up trying to use my android phone for my Bible software resources. It is in beta so I will wait for a service release before trying again.

How do I delete my cache?
Go to Settings | Applications | Manage Applications. Select Logos under the Downloaded tab and you should see the option to Clear Cache. It will then be necessary to re-login to your Logos account.

I've cleared the cache but the problem persists. I'll just wait for the next Logos update.

I'll pass your logs onto Development, Michael, and let you know if they have any further questions for you. Thank you.

Every once in a while it finishes downloading a book in the queue. For example I haven't tried to download anything else for a few days now and all of a sudden I get a message saying a book has downloaded.

My phone is a Motorolo Citrus with Android 2.1. It worked perfect with previous versions of the application.
It says Logos version 20.

Michael~ Development has recommended that you try clearing your Data (as opposed to your cache) to see if that resolves the issue. Note that this will delete all the books you have downloaded previously and require that you sign in again.
If you're still experiencing the issue after doing so (or if that is what you did previously and the cache/data difference just got confused,) it would be helpful for you to get one of the problem books to the installing phase and then collect logs while the app is still running so that the relevant bits are included.

It says Logos version 20.
Does that seem wrong to you? It should be version 0.9.1 or (previously) something like version Beta 11
Perhaps you need to Clear data, Clear cache, uninstall and try again from the Market.
