Question: Update downloads...

I purchased much of the free Perseus Library and have downloaded it successfully to my Desktop and iPhone. I am now attempting to download to my laptop... it has taken a very long time compared with the Desktop Computer.

I noticed a Logos icon showing on the top line of my computer screen. When I click on the icon, a drop-down information window appears with information about the download...

At this moment the information is "Downloading Updates (9138% of 1.61 GB).

It seems to be active...

But I'm confused... what does 9138% indicate?

Should I cancel download and start over?

Or can I expect the update to end... and what will the % be when it ends?

The x above 100% bug has been around a while. Give it a little bit, but if it doesn't work, you can start the download over. By the way, did your desktop download 1.61 GB? Are you downloading anything else other than Perseus?

Can use Apple's Activity Monitor to watch network use (should be busy while downloading).

Thanks for your feedback...

I waited another few hours... the % counter had increased to 10584%...

So I stopped download and began again.

This time the download was only about 675mb... and downloaded and installed in about 20 minutes.

Everything is working now....

Don't know what caused the original problem.
