Just a quick question. Is there a future Logo 4 app for the coming Kindle Fire?
Hi Charlie - and welcome to the forums.
This is being discussed in a number of places but I don't believe we know anything definitive yet.
See http://community.logos.com/forums/p/38781/289892.aspx#289892 for a view from Phil Gons who works for Logos

Charlie -
The link Graham provided provides the best answer we can give. I did want to point out, however, that the current android app requires an SD slot and the fire does not have one.
I would not expect to get a Logos app for the Fire. However, it is my understanding that the fire can surf the web, correct? If so, you should be able to utilize biblia.com to view your resources.
Charlie,
You might want to click MORE → EDIT and change the title to Fire, rather than Frie.
There is however, only a ten hour window for changes to a post.
This post caught my eye. Some people had mentioned the ability to "side-load" apps onto the fire...which I was hoping to do for Logos.
But you mentioned that the Logos Android app utilizes an sd slot. Is the program set to read the sd slot? can it be reconfigured so that the books can be loaded directly onto the resident memory and thus exclude the use of an sd slot?
I greatly appreciate any answers someone might be able to provide, for if it will only work with an sd slot I need to cancel my order for the Fire immediately. thanks in advance
Thanks!
Thanks Graham.
