Would L4 for PC work on the following :

Couple of things:

L4 performance could be disappointing
Indexing will take a long time (how many resources do you have?)
multitasking (running other apps at the same time) could be frustrating
64 GB SSD is marginal eg. I use 50 GB (incl. L4) with minimal apps and no photos/images/music! L4 needs about 4 GB free space for indexing.

In regards to the OP question. What specs are needed for a tablet PC, since you are running a slimmed down version of the software. Ipad, Android, etc.?

iPad and Android are running the Logos app, whereas the tablet mentioned was to run Logos 4. Richard gave the link for those requirements. You can run Logos 4 on the specs of the original poster, but be prepared for limitations in speed.
