I'm trying to read NPNF 2.7, p437-443 and struggling to make sense of the footnotes. Where I would expect Bible references in the footnotes, as is common in NPNF, there are references to a lecture and to wood (footnotes 2 & 4), which do not seem to relate to the text. Certainly footnotes 14-19 look like they should be Bible references, but they seem to refer to lectures that are entirely unrelated.
In case it was a corrupted resource, I've checked both Protestant and Catholic versions, as well as that on Biblia.com, and it seems to be the same, so the problem does not seem to be at my end.
Can anyone help make sense of this?
