A detrimental Crossgrade?

this is what I saw when I went to my "upgrade" page:

What? Am I losing resources? What is going on?

Many titles that are marked as "new" are already in my library. I don't want the marketing gloss and fluff, just show me the difference between my present library and the proposed "upgrade" so I can decide whether it is a good deal.

NOT very impressed! Huh?

concur that the web site logic really misses the intent of selling the customer. Synching what we own in the license library with what the website knows about us must be incredibly hard...this has been a long-standing issue across two entire versions of the Logos website. I flat out don't trust it when the website tells me I own something or not.

I understand your confusion on this point Vladimir. The truth is that YOU are not going to lose resources, but the portfolio edition for new purchasers has dropped by $790!

Yes. While I would also like to see the difference between my library and the one they have listed - it is not to be. [:(] "New" on the chart means new from Logos3. It isn't clear and frankly I find it dissapointing as well.

You are not losing any resources—you keep everything you own, plus you gain a few.

This price is an error on the upgrade page, and we'll get it fixed right away. Sorry for the confusion.
