Previous PB milestone bug fixed

I don't have time to find the post now, but in previous posts there were issues with milestones and other tags not being recognized in PBs due to formatting issues. I just rebuilt a test file that was causing me problems before and the bug seems to be fixed!

Fixed is not the word for it.....I just built a resource that used to take me an hour in less then a minute!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE, PLEASE do not say that we have to wait for all the "new" note-Highlighting stuff to be cured!!!

Wait until the TOC/Heading bug is fixed and they fix the new Warning messages which could confuse people and waste a lot of time.

Does the beta have the PB hyperlinks fixed so that offsets work in the hyperlinks to resources? In SR-3 hyperlinks to some resources only take you to a general area within a resource (not to a specific page/line) and Logos stated in some post that this was to be fixed in a future release.

EDIT: example below

to ESVSB map
logosres:esvsb;ref=Page.p_443;off=2908 in a PB takes me to a place way above the map and the map is not visible in the window, while in a note file it takes me directly to the map
