Books from Alan Redpath.

I want to make a suggestion. I am a younger minister (39 years old) and I came across some commentaries by Alan Redpath. His material is excellent but hard to come by. I would love to have some of his books in Logos! I have had other older ministers recommend his stuff and I found out just how good it is.

And for anyone who is thinking 'Gee, Redpath sure seems familiar':

Hatch and Redpath's "Concordance to the Septuagint and other Greek Versions of the Old Testament" (Oxford, 1892–97). This includes a concordance to the deutero-canonical books and the Old Testament Apocrypha, and to the remains of the versions which form part of Origen of Alexandria's Hexapla. This resource is in Logos; I have it but didn't know it covered the Hexapla also.

I can't say that I'm familiar with him, but it does seem that his writings are still available though some only in used form.

Are you sure that this is the same Redpath? Hatchet and Warpath came to mind when I saw the name, but I assumed it was simply a matter of the same last name (perhaps same first name as well). I used to have that (bought it in the cemetary), but with Logos it simply became clutter on the bookshelf.

I'm sorry but that is a different Redpath (perhaps you didn't mean to confuse them). I am pretty sure that the Alan Redpath whose works are being requested was a pastor and evangelist with an honorary doctorate not an earned one. His books are devotional expositions and would reflect Keswick thinking in many ways. I have a number in print but do not find him personally helpful. He certainly sold lots of copies at one time so I think would be appreciated by many.
