As noted by forum user Chris Negron in THIS THREAD, The ESV chapter markers are missing in the book of Proverbs. I believe that the problem begins with chapter 11.

The issue is not limited to the iPad/iPod app, it is also occurring on my Mac and PC. Here is a screen shot from my Mac. Chapter 11 is consistant for all platforms.
I've reported this to our book department.
