logos not working on iPad

Was using my logos app and reading in my library. Everything working ok. Closed the app and then returned to find that the app would not reload any of my library etc. Is anyone else having any similar problems and if you are can you help me understand what is wrong.

Brian,

There are a couple of discussion threads in the iPad/iPhone forum where this problem has been raised, so it's impacting multiple people. I noticed the same thing this morning. The app was working fine for me yesterday so it appears to be a recent problem.

As was mentioned, it seems like the Logos servers are down. However, if you click on "recent books," you can still use your downloaded books.

My home page appears to be out, as well. All it shows is "News". My reading plans, etc. won't show. Hmmm.

Our users were reporting an issue similar to this in the iPhone/iPad forum. It appears to have been resolved for them yesterday.

So, was that problem fixed? Because I now have the same issue today and it's Nov 6th, 2011 at 10am mountain time.

Can't open library, can't update downloads, can't read anything.

Jonathan - First, welcome to the forums! Sorry you are having troubles.

So, was that problem fixed?

Yes. It was a server issue and was resolved that same day. I am guessing that we are experiencing the same (or similar) issue. One suggestion: if you have any downloaded items, click on "recent" books in the library. You should be able to read downloaded books.
