Bug: "Add To Favorites" Not Working
The "add to favorites" button does not work for me. I do the "up" swipe, get the menu and choose "Add to Favorites", and it does nothing. It doesn't add any placemarkers for me for any of the books I've tried it on so far.
I've searched the Help files and they didn't help, and uses on the forums seemed to have this problem a year or two ago, but nothing more recent.
I have an iPhone 4S with the latest iOS, and the latest version of Logos for it.

Anyone know of a workaround or fix for this? Or know what I'm doing wrong? I reinstalled the Logos app, and it still wouldn't work.

Hey Todd,
Thanks for the link. I hadn't seen that one yet, but unfortunately it didn't fix my problem. After a week still nothing is showing up in my favorites. I've tried it using WiFi and 3G for internet access. Nothing gets saved.

I assumed the same. Works fine on my iPhone, but not on iPad 2.

After looking into this a bit more, what version of Logos 4 are you using? Have you installed the Logos 4.5 beta by chance? If so, your favorites have been migrated to Logos 4.5 favorites can no longer (during the beta period) be added from mobile apps.

I'm not on 4.5 beta, and cannot access favourites on my iPad 2, but can on an iPhone 3GS. Both are on the current App store version of Logos.

I do have Logos 4.5 Beta 7 installed at the moment. I've only been using the Logos app for the last few weeks (just got an iPhone), so that may be why Favorites isn't working for me.
Just curious though, but would that still keep me from adding a Favorite in the Logos app? I do not use Favorites or Bookmarks in Logos 4 on the computer.

I don't know the answer to your question, but what I do know is that the mobile app is designed to compliment the desktop app. Since you switched to 4.5 beta, there are settings in your account that have changed, which we were warned about when the beta was announced. Out of curiosity, have you checked your desktop to see if the favorites are there?

Yeah, I checked a few days ago, and I just checked now. No favorites in the desktop version. This is good to know at least.
