No connectivity with iPhone 4s
My iPhone shows no connectivity with logos.com even though I have full 3G service on? Is the problem on my end or the Logos server end?

The app appears to be working but I have no access to the online publications that I once had. The message is "Offline Mode" and the pop-up screen says I have connectivity...once I am connected to Internet then I will have access. Not sure what all of that is telling me. My Internet explorer works fine so I know my phone is connected. ???

David- At first glance, my answer would be that your iPhone is in "airplane mode." Let me preface my comments by telling you that I do not have an iPhone, 4s or otherwise. I do have an older iPod touch & a 1 Gen iPad 3G. I am telling you that because some of my suggestions may not apply (but I think that they do).
- Do you know how to turn Airplane Mode on & off in the iPhone settings? Have you tried that?
- Have you tried a hard shut down of the phone? Press and hold both buttons at the same time for 3 seconds.
- As I asked before, do you know if you have a good wifi signal? If not, can you find one? (I am asking about this just to troubleshoot. I know that you have 3G).
- Do you know if you are signed in to your account? You can check by clicking "more" (bottom right button); then settings. Your email address should be listed.
- Had you previously downloaded any resources?
- Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling?
Finally, if none of these things work, can you take a screen shot? [Hold down the center button, then the power button turns into a shutter release. You picture will be in the "Photos" app. You can email it to yourself there.]

Seeing as you confirm that you have 3G showing on the phone and that your browser works for websites (e.g. Biblia.com).
May I ask if you have ever 'logged out' of your Logos account. If so is it possible that you have failed to log back in correctly and that the app is not connecting to your account?

Thank you....it is working again. All of my resources are back. I have used this program since I was in seminary in 1989...maybe your very first version. Fell in love with it and now use it on my phone every day. Blessings on you guys.
