I am trying to end my session and I was told to select "more" at the brm rh corner and there find an option to end the session. I selected settings but found only places to sign in connect and signed in. playing with these I could not find any spot to sign out or end my session. What am I doing wrong? Bill

Bill - Logos (both the desktop and mobile apps) are designed for "one user." Therefore, there is not a "sign out" feature. For that matter, most iOS apps don't have sign out features. Is there a reason you are trying to do so?

In any event, the only way to "sign out" is to uninstall the software and reinstall it.

Sorry Bill, I gave you the wrong info, I thought you could sign out by tapping the Logos account button in the settings. But I guess you can't. I am not sure if there is a workaround. What is the reason for logging out each time? That might help with a workaround, tthere may be another way to make things work.

    Blessings,

    Philana

    From one of the developers:

Mark - I think you have to uninstall the app and reinstall it.

This is correct. Currently uninstalling and re-installing the app is the only way to enter in new account information.

Thanks! Wonder if need for access to second account if Vyrso app would be an option, if original language tools were not needed. Or if you ended up creating a second account, Logos can merge more two emails together.

  • Dear alabama24,I am a Logos iphone novice and am using the tutorials; they assume starting from the log in page. The tutorial page  is nothing like what I see on my ipod, and i cant follow the tutorial bacause of the missing steps. I assumed that if I could close my logos iphone pgm and start as the tutpial does it would make sense to me. The tutorial I am using is from Logos.com,iphone tutorial. I appreciate your help as an 80 year old trying to improve my Logos Bible study abilities. Regards Bill

William - It is great that you are learning new ways to study the Bible!

I think that your problem has more to do with the outdated videos. I took a quick look at the video and the current version of the mobile app does look quite different. Unfortunately, I am unaware of any updated videos. Perhaps Logos will release new ones with the next major version.

Perhaps you have a specific question we could answer? Also, I am wondering if you are running Logos 4 on either Mac or PC?
