Unable to download

I have tried completely shutting down the app (going in home screen to running apps and Xing out Logos as a running app) and even restarting the iPhone (3GS), no matter what I do I constantly get the message "unable to download The Message of 1 Corinthians" all other volumes in the BST series downloaded fine and it is only this one that repeatedly gave me this error.

IS MY latest error… I will just try calling in the morning… at one time none of my thru the bible commentaries were even showing up on my phone and it turned out to be a latching on their end. likely another glitch somewhere in the system.. although i can read the book on my device just not pull it to offline status...

I was downloading several books and the app crashed. When I restarted the app I got "Unable to download" messages for all the books that were still waiting to download. I tried downloading them again and since have been unable to do so.

I started with a clean install on the app this morning. Things were working fine until the crash occurred. I also tried a full power cycle of the iPad with no success. I can download other books without any problem.

Used the iPad app this am offline and found my library of downloaded resources was incomplete and the bottom resources showed as being blank.

So I reinstalled the app from scratch, but now when I try to download any bibles I get an unable to download error.

Any ideas what may be wrong?

What version of the app are you using? Is it Logos or Vyrso? What internet connection are you using?

It may just be server issues, which seem to pop up over the weekends.

Referring back to the original problem it never did go away, but I will say i never had any issues at all downloading the same resource on my iPad, I half suspect that deleting it and reinstalling it might get rid of the corrupt WHATEVER that is causing the error on my phone but I am not worried about it. I never did hear back after submitting my logs but like I said the inability to offline one volume was not the end of the world.
