Bug (or suggestion?): inconcistent font sizes

If I set the text size to Large, this only affects the resources. The search results list is still very small and there is no way to pinch to zoom in the list. The text is quite small to read in a phone and even hard on my 7 inch tablet.

It would be good if there was a way to change the overall user interface font size, as in the desktop version Program Scaling feature. I suppose this is really an Android problem, since most Android devices don't have a font size adjustment system wide. I hope Ice Cream Sandwich does.
