New Daily Study Bible Series does not open

the volumes in Barclay's Daily Study Bible series do not open on my android.  I looked on their product page and it looks like they should.  Any help?

    You tried to open a volume from Library? Or did you first download them?

    Give details of your device and version of Logos.

    Samsung Galaxy and my HTC Evo phone

    Logos Bible Software 4.3 SR-6 (4.30.0.1613) 

    I see and have access to many resources (thousands prob) on my phone and samsung, but not the Daily Study Bible series.  They all open okay.  The Daily Study Bible is not visible.  I think my phone and tablet, both have downloaded all the resources.  I've refreshed both of them and they are not downloading any more resources.  What else?

    I meant the version of Logos on your device.

     The Daily Study Bible is not visible.

    I would contact Logos Customer Service to ascertain if there is a licence issue for mobile devices.
