BUG: Lemma search spinning pizza

This simple lemma search, initiated from the right click menu, resulted in several minutes worth of spinning pizza. Any attempt to change the display resulted in a multi-minute delay. Once it finally changed the display to Aligned, future changes were faster. However, any change to Verses view took more than 15 seconds.

Diagnostic logging was not enables, so no logs are available.

NOTE: By spinning pizza, I mean the colored wheel, beach ball, whatever you call it.

Quit L4M and enabled diagnostic logging, then attempted the same search. Now, display times take even longer. Switching from Grid view to verses took a full 90 seconds.

Unable to replicate crash and time delay, but initial display of verses and switching from verses to grid then back looks like:

Floating panel helped verses to appear:

However, clicking Aligned (quick display), followed by Grid (also quick), then Verses causes verses to disappear (until docked this panel).

Noticed longer delay populating resource drop-down menu, seems need to close drop-down menu, then reopen to see filtered list.

For spinning cursor (also known as a Beach Ball), wonder if paging is happening, wiki has Mac Troubleshooting => Slow Performance

Faster, but still very slow. Initial display takes about 30 seconds. Changing from Grid to Verses 25 seconds.

BTW: Logging is enabled which usually slows things down a bit.
