Having expressed a very negative reaction to examples of "Christian fiction" on Vyrso, I have nothing but praise for On Sparrow Hill. I only ordered it because it was free. But it had me gripped. During the 2nd half I couldn't put it down because she left me on a cliffhanger at the end of each chapter. The Gospel and its implications in human life was an integral part of the book. The characters were convincing. And it left me about to look up fragilex on the internet to find out more about the syndrome that affects the author's child and actually resulted in this book being written.
