BUG: Loading Perseus Latin Author resources for offline and Wallace's Greek Grammar not working

I tried to download some of the Latin authors from Perseus Classics, both English and Latin texts. When I go offline I get an error message saying the book was not loaded. It strange because the Greek authors work fine.

I also tried to download Greek Grammar Beyond the Basics and the app will not even let me download it.

Not sure what the problem is.
