L4 Mac: UPDATE KILLED ME

After the most recent update, All I can access is my Library! Home, Layouts, etc. are inaccessible! Help. I don't think I'm the only one. Any help that doesn't involve my knowledge of writing code or reinstalling would surely be appreciated. If I need to include logs to get advice, please tell me how to do so. Thanks.

Is there a reason you think others are having troubles?

Have you restarted your computer? I will include a link to the wiki about Logs. If you have Lion, let me know and I will give you some additional help.

...and are you running Logos on the Mac Beta channel or on the stable channel?

Would like to look at diagnostic logs; wiki Mac Troubleshooting => How to Report Bugs in Logos 4 Mac includes link to 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip that can be used to display, then change logging setting.

Wiki section also links to Logos Log Scribe that creates a zip file on your desktop, which includes copy of console messages with Logging folder contents.

Not sure if this is correct/helpful information.

Posted information has the contents of a crash report; would prefer file to be attached vis copying and pasting contents (so easier to interact with forum replies and scrolling).

Wiki has Using the Forums => Editing or deleting posts so could edit reply to remove crash contents, optionally attach crash report file.

The first dozen lines of crash report show stable Logos 4.3 SR-3 is installed. Recommend manually updating application; wiki Mac Troubleshooting => Update Error has steps, including download link for current stable and beta releases. Logos 4.3 SR-7 is the current stable release.

Since running stable version, also have option to call Logos Customer Server or email Logos Mac Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact

Thanks for your help. Called tech support and they finally got me through it. Had to reinstall ultimately.
