    What book is it for?

I would guess it is a book that Logos does not yet have permission to sync. There are a number of those. I am reading MacArthur's Glory of Heaven book and it is not permissible for them to sync it with iPhone nor are they allowed to sync most of the books by MacArthur, Lucado, etc.  Sadly mostly just bibles and references.

Reading plans won't show up on the iPhone if they're for books not available on the iPhone. We're constantly working with publishers to get permission to put make more books available on the iPhone.

THAT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE.... I should have thought of that!!

it was a reading list for NIV ... which isn't sync-able yet...

Ok, then this makes a lot of sense (I was wondering why my NIV Bible plan wasn't loading).  Weird thing is, I have the NIV in my Iphone bookshelf, but clicking on it tells me I don't have permission to use it.

I'm hoping that they get the licenses for the NIV, Book of Concord (Tappert), and The Proper Distinction (Walther) soon as those are the three that I am currently using in my reading plans on my laptop.

I can't imagine Logos would have that hard of time getting permissions for the later two.  Hopefully NIV (and NVI - the Spanish NIV) will succumb to persuasion soon as well, otherwise the program is not nearly as valuable to me as I would like.

Also, I know this would not be a huge priority for you all since very few people use this source.  But having Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary's Dogmatics Course notes made available on the iphone would be wonderful too (as I have a reading plan for those as well).

Thanks for all of your hard work.  I look forward to the day when I can carry all of my reading plans right along with me!

I am in the same boat, Philip.

I have the new Concordia Commentaries as well as BOC and Walther, plus others.  None of them are presently useable, until the license issues are resolved.

Other resources such as Luther's Works will also have to wait.

Imagine the shock and awe I could convey at church, when we are discussing something, to which my response is, "Wait a minute.  The Book of Concord says....." and open up the appropriate window.

Apologies for doing a 'Lazarus' on this old thread

Having just finished a very painful install, I was going to post a new thread asking why I can't read my newly added Max Lucado books to my iPhone, but I suspect this is the answer (which I didn't want to hear).

Is there any likelyhood of these titles being added in the future? (Lucado Lifeworks Library) It is hard to not feel marginally slighted when having paid for an electronic resource that is restricted in its portability after all.

Don't know about future. The higher ups at Logos say they are working hard to get everything on the iPhone/IPad. If you want to know if it is now, you can look at the store and it will show books that are available. Notice in pic below...

Notice the bottom image doesn't have the ipod pic in it. Not available.
