BUG:Clippings in Passage Guide

Any other resource in Passage guide opens to proper location, except for user created files (clippings, notes).

I have clippings tagged with scripture references and PG finds them perfectly, but when I click on the link, it takes me to the top of clipping FILE instead of the correct clipping. Also, because there is no sorting (alphabetical, canonical, by tag or otherwise) it is impossible to find the right clipping when the file contains thousands of entries. Also, because tags sometimes be "Ge 2:7" or "Genesis 1-2" or "Gen 2:5-8" it is impossible to even use Ctrl+F or search within this resource...

yeah, I know it is (which means USERS want it) ... What I don't know WHY it is number 2 for SO LONG (which means LOGOS does not want it)?

Is there a technical issue that prohibits searches to be identical in native Logos resources and user created documents like notes and clippings? Is it very hard to highlight all search terms in a clipping as it is done in a Firefox browser for example? I mean, I don't know. I am not a programmer, I am just asking. It seems to me that a TON of users would find these little tweaks helpful, as confirmed by these forums and usevoice.

Maybe the issue is elsewhere. Is LOGOS doing it on purpose (it seems so)? It seems to me that the most valuable content for core Logos4 users is the content they ceated - their analysis of a passage as appears in their sentence diagrams and their observations placed in notes; quotes, statistics and illustrations that they find most interesting... Other commentaries, though valuable (and I am grateful that I have a bazillion interconnected and indexed commentaries in my Logos4 account), are a commodity. They can be replaced. They can be accessed via another medium. But I am not even arguing "let's have one or the other" I am asking "why can't we have both work equally well?"

Anybody know?

Why make notes in the first place if you can't find the right one? [*-)]

User documents are indexed dynamically - it takes about 3 minutes for new words to be included and therefore searchable. The document index is structured the same as the main resource indexes, so could contain position information. I don't why it is not used.
