4.5 beta 10: Indexer crash on startup, caused by missing PBB file

I'm pretty confident that this crash always happens when new resources are being added, though am only 90% sure. No crash log is generated, though, and apart from "Failed to create BitmapFrame" nothing appears in the error log either.

So, attached is the logos4indexer.log file which contains the following error:

LogosResourceCore Exception (WER status is 2) creating resource at 'C:\Users\Mark Barnes\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\5amtqjih.p4f\ResourceManager\Resources\21b5fd1d082a4157a3dff3a21fda9d73.lbspbb' with expected resource ID '(null)' and version '(null)': Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object.

That file does not exist.

According to my PersonalBookManager.db (also attached) the file relates to a PBB called "One Volume Commentaries (Print Editions)". This file does exist in the Personal Books tool. It does not, however, exist in my library.

I guess I could rebuild the book, but I'll hold off for the time being, in case you want me to do some more diagnostics.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to extract any useful information for debugging from the crash dump.

Since the Indexer does keep running afterwards (and basically ignores the error), you can rebuild the book to see if that prevents the crash dialog appearing at startup.

Thanks for looking at this. Rebuilding crashed Logos and froze it! From the Logos log:

Re-loading Logos crashed the indexer as normal. I therefore deleted the book from the PBB tool, and re-started Logos.

Logos (not the indexer) now crashes every time I restart it (although I can ignore the crash and carry on working). Nothing untoward is reported in any logs, apart from the Windows Application Error log. Judging from the timestamp, the crash occurs after the hidden resources have been dealt with, and before the previous layout is applied.

<edit>Rebuilding did create the .lbspbb file, but not the entry in the library catalog. Deleting the file doesn't stop the crashing.</edit>
