There are 47 Bible translations freely available in Biblia and at the moment the ISV is not one of them. If you would like to choose a different translation I am sure you will be able to share the verse.

When I mouse over the above link, it is two separate things - one to the ISV as a book, the other to the bible verse, but in the ESV. Maybe that's biblia's way to make it available to everybody in ESV bt to those who own ISV in the version Michael selected. Copied into the browser as it stands, i.e. .../isv/Is45.18, it will return a 404 page not found error.
EDIT: It seems biblia takes the Isaiah-quotation and converts it automatically - even in my post here.
