Is it just me or has 2 Cron. 14 been deleted for the (spanish) cannon? The reverse interliner for RV60 does not have chapter 14 in the libronix version. Is this going to be fixed?. Seems to me I came accross this and reported it many moons ago. Tom
I don't have the RV60 so I can't check this out. Do you know for sure that it's only in the Libronix version? Usually the resources are the same for both Libronix and L4. I don't think Logos is reading the Libronix forum anymore looking for bug reports because they're no longer fixing bugs and releasing new updates of the Libronix engine (resources that behave differently on Libronix than L4 might be a different story but I doubt it). If this is a general problem with RV60 that affects L4 users as well, you should probably direct your feedback elsewhere to get this problem fixed. Perhaps email customer service, or post in the General forum. If it only affects Libronix users, I'm not sure there's much hope for you. Logos still claims that Libronix is "supported" (in that they'll answer your questions about how to use it and resolve issues for you that don't involve coding solutions), but as for putting more programming and product development resource onto it, I don't think so.

Opps forgot, just got some one on the spanish site asking for help. I know that in Logos 4 everything is hunky dory as my grand ma would say. The problem is that Logos is still selling Libronx (Spanish Versions) and the reverse interliner was a seperate purchase (file) for the Spanish (RV60). I sent off a type report through libronix, (telling them they left out the whole chapter), got a form letter responce in spanish in my E Mail (always builds up my hopes).

Thanks, rather have the hard truth than false hopes!
Tom
I can't confirm whether this is the case on Libronix.
However, in Logos4 the RV60 Rev.Int. does include 2Chron 14.
Have you tried updating your Libronix resources:

Sorry to dash your hopes yet again, but if you prefer hard truth, I think the typos just get logged in some database somewhere and it takes them years to get around to fixing them. I've sent in so many and have never seen a single one get fixed yet. I've been tracking them by giving them a special highlighting style. (Admittedly I haven't done a search for typos I've reported in quite a while as it's such a slow operation, searching for highlighting with wildcards.)

Even more hard truth: I think they had someone build the autoreply-templates at the time they made the dozens of localizations of L3. I get my typo-received messages in German language, and maybe some other guys get theirs in Russian, or Suaheli (jk). Still it's an auto-reply from a mailbox that (hopefully) feeds the typos into a big database.
EDIT: I seem to remember that there was a specific email-address for interlinear issues, that really gets to someones attention. Tom, maybe you could mail there - or Customer Service to forward it to "Mr. Interlinear". In another resource bug (admittedly on L4) this was very quick, actually.
Yep just did it, that resource is not included in the update [:'(]

Logos is selling a lot libronix products to the Hispanic market. They are pusing there three kings day (today and tomorrow) on the spanish logos site. They are selling the min upgrade to Logos 4 for 40 dollars insead of the 60 it was.
http://www.logos.com/es/reyes WARNING this link takes you to a spanish language page (note the (es) in the web address! Take a look, most of the products are included in the upgrade to Platium. Which is a better deal!!!!!

Ouch! :-)
Yes, they are logged in a database, and yes, it can take a long time to get to them. But we have an update team that's working through resources and cleaning them up.
Priority goes to resources with the biggest issues, used by the most people. So books in the core collections get attention before more obscure titles.
It's actually quite a bit of work to hunt down the original files, map the position from the compiled book to the XML underneath, etc. Sometimes the typo is actually in the original book. (Our compiler checks Bible references for validity -- you'd be surprised how many typesetting files from the publisher contain references to verses that don't exist! And when a typo is reported on content, rather than spelling, we may have to hunt down info in print, etc.) And our maintenance team is doing more than typo updates -- they're adding hyperlinks, improving tagging, etc.
I'm sorry we haven't hit your reports yet, but from what I can tell from the database, we've fixed thousands of typos already.
TDNT: 368 fixed
BDB: 203 fixed
Bible Knoweldge Commentary: 1242 fixed (!) -- we didn't type this one originally!
LSJ: 401
Trivia: Including duplicates, we get over 2,000 typo reports a month.
That's "Bible Knowledge Commentary" [:P] (speaking of typos...) [:)]
Glad to hear some of my typo reports have been fixed, and sorry for the harshness of my critique. I sometimes forget that you'll be watching [:$]

This makes sence to most of us[Y] But is the Heb-Spanish lnterliner an obscure title?[:^)]

I would think leaving out an entire chapter of the only interlinear bible that Logos sells (libronix formate) to the Hispanic Population would have been a priority to a software company promotiong more indepth Bible study. [*-)]
If you are not going to fix it, at least have someone at Logos inform the owners of this collecions of the error and your justification for never geting around to fixing it.
Sometimes the typo is actually in the original book.
This does not seem to be the case hear. The Logos 4 version of the same resource has Capter 14.
I would just like to see this omission corrected in this resource.
I really don´t put the absence of an entire chapter of Gods word in the same boat as a typo.
Just my two pesos of opinion. [:$]
Though Bob didn't directly say it, we are working on this — I've spent portions of both Monday and Tuesday on it, and will spend some of today on it as well.
It isn't as simple as having just left something out and putting it back, though. And with interlinears like this it isn't as simple as just typing in what isn't there. I've been digging back into the way we did things back in 2004-2005 (which is about four generations removed from how we do things now) to figure out what happened in the process and how best to get the proper data into the resource.
We are working on it and hope to have an updated resource — with 2Chron 14 — soon. I'll post an update to this thread when I know the update has been released.
An update: I've fixed the problem and submitted it to our update team to build for shipping and check. Hopefully this means there will be an update available to users soon. Again, I'll post on this thread when the update has been approved for release by our update team.
Thanks for your patience as we tracked this one down.

Rick, thank you very much for your work and for keeping us posted on the progress. We will be looking forward to the updated release. Tom

I've been notified that the update has been approved and is now available on our ftp server: ftp://ftp.logos.com/lbxbooks -- you are looking for the file RVR60OTRI.lbxlls.
Thanks again for your patience as we tracked this down and got the necessary fix implemented.
