We have been using Proclaim now for some months and have had intermittent problems with controlling the presentation from the front via an iPad1. Usually the error results in the message, 'Error: Cannot display slide'. Latterly, the controller was able to exit the presentation and resume control (by hitting control) and then proceed with the presentation. Last week, the iPad app booted the controller and would not allow them to resume control.
This morning, for the first time in a month, we were able to run a presentation from the iPad app without incident (no error messages and the presentation was responsive).
Unfortunately, however, the iPad app again failed this evening. Although we were able to enter control mode the presentation would not advance via the controller. We received the above error message (Cannot display slide) numerous times. Strangely the app was sycing in as much as advancing at the desktop end caused the remote app to progress in sync. We were unable, however, to control the app via the remote.
We tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no success.
As the desktop end did not crash we do not have any logs to upload.
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem, whether it is a known issue and whether a fix is on the way.
